In the mid-seventies, my father took me to experience the incredible Count Basie orchestra. Sitting in the front row, I was mesmerized, and I knew I wanted to be part of whatever was happening on that stage. To this day, I continue to drum whenever and wherever I can, often performing jazz in an attempt to recreate that amazing big band performance I witnessed with my dad.

I always felt at ease with math, a skill that helped me graduate with a BA in Economics from the University of Washington, Seattle, in 1983. These experiences have shaped a lifelong passion for both music and finance. I find joy in spreading the delight of live music and satisfaction in assisting people with their real estate finance needs.

Since 2007, my focus has been on reverse mortgage origination in Colorado, primarily HECM. As of May 2024, I joined EPIC Mortgage to broaden the loan options available to my customers.
