Sonny has been helping homebuyers, real estate investors, and business owners in Florida and the Tampa Bay Area for more than 20 years.

Not only as a mortgage professional but as a fellow Homeowner and past home buyer several times over. He knows what it's like to go through the purchase or refinance process from both sides.

He started out doing home equity loans and 2'nd mortgages in the late 90's. Moved on to focus on conventional, FHA, and real estate investor products like fix & flip and DSCR for single family and multi unit properties.

Having recently paid off his current mortgage he is in a unique position to coach future and former clients to do the same and become debt-free if that is a goal on the bucket list.  

Sonny loves connecting clients to Real Estate Agents and fellow business owners. He can be the go-to guy for clients and real estate professionals in the area when issues come up on their deals.

His current project is a golf cart conversion that plugs into the house to power essential appliances when the storms hit and power is lost. It can be recharged with solar panels or a generator.
