This 16 week course taught by Alexa Zastrow (ELC Member & Top Producer) is offered twice per year and takes new loan officers through what it takes to build your business. From taking your first 1003 & issuing your pre-approval to building your referral base and booking your next appointment - you’ll learn the technical side of being a loan officer as well as sharpen your sales tactics.
